The Great River Race 2015

The Great River Race has been happening on the Thames since 1988. It is a race of over 21 miles starting in Londons' Docklands and travelling upstream to cross the finish line in front of Ham House. I was in position on Richmond Bridge waiting for the 330 plus boats to pass underneath. They were only 5 minutes later than the predicted time and once the first three passed by the remaining boats came along in large flotillas. The rules state that all boats must be rowed and carry at least one passenger.
