'That's fantastic - Thankyou! Such fun seeing them so soon - goodness what a speedy service. It was also lovely to meet you as well. Can't wait to get the disk and see some more, loved the one on the bridge (although vainly it was a good one of me) but the composition was lovely. I also loved the one of Frankie running smiling like I know she can. Anyway, very excited about the rest.'Jenny Hull, Teddington

It was a pleasure to meet you and hopefully we'll have the chance to cross paths again'Mary-Claire Gill, Surbiton
'I met Emma at a social function just before Christmas last year and during the course of our conversation we talked about her photography. When Emma mentioned that she did family photo shoots, I thought what a great idea it would be to give this as a Christmas present to my daughter and son-in-law and my three little grandchildren. We set our date for a Sunday back in May, but due to our unpredictable weather here we had to cancel that and did the shoot in June in Bushy Park, which my grandchildren know very well. The weather was excellent as it was not cold, it was not wet and it was not too bright!
Emma was great with the children who were quite happy to do some ‘posing’ but also had great fun running around, not realising that she was taking pictures. Emma even bought along little pots of bubbles which meant that the 2 year-old and 3 year-olds had to concentrate so were distracted from the camera. Emma sent the first pictures later on in the afternoon and a CD and thumbnail pictures within a couple of days. A very quick turnround. They are brilliant photographs – very natural in an environment that the children know and love. My daughter is absolutely delighted with the pictures. Thanks a lot Emma!'Anne Kemp, Hampton
'Thank you so much for the wonderful photos you have taken for us over the past three years. 'Emma was incredibly friendly and professional, and a wonder at finding fantastic and natural places to shoot our family. She allowed enough time for us to play with our two boys (just 2 and 1 years old) so that they were happy to be photographed for a full 2 hours.
We are delighted with the photos, and the 1-week turnaround from the photo shoot to receiving the finished (and individually re-touched) photographs was impressive! We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone thinking of a family portrait.'Mr Legg, Teddington
'Thanks Emma. These look great -Thanks for doing them so quickly.'Jo Blunden, Twickenham

'A rightful overall winner of the competition. The robin, together with a well balanced background of holly and snow, brings out the essence of winter in Britain.
I especially like the sharpness of the image, the catchlight in the robin's eye that gives the robin its lifelike quality and the feather detail that can be seen in the red breast and other parts of the plumage.'
John Francis Photographic Judge - Metropolitan Police Friendly Society Photographic Competition
